Empowering Neurodiverse Learners. Transforming Classrooms. Building Inclusive Futures.

Deen Sen Inclusion Nigeria Specialist education consultancy

DEED SEN Inclusion is a leading education consultancy based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to helping children and young people with learning differences and developmental needs thrive.
We believe that neurodiversity is not a limitation; it’s a strength. Every child learns differently, and when we recognise and respond to those differences, every learner can flourish.

At DEED, we bring learning to life by combining compassion with evidence-based practice. We work directly with learners to understand how they learn best, providing targeted assessments, personalised interventions, and consistent support that build confidence, independence, and lasting progress.
But inclusion cannot happen in isolation. That’s why we partner with schools to strengthen their systems from within—training teachers, shaping policies, and embedding inclusive practices that make learning accessible to every child, not just some.

A Letter From Our Founder

Dear Partners, Educators, and Families,

When I founded DEED SEN Inclusion, I had one goal: to bridge the gap between understanding learning differences with precision, empathy, and professionalism.

I have seen the frustration of parents who know their child is bright but cannot quite grasp why learning feels harder than it should. I’ve spoken with teachers who genuinely want to help but lack the tools, time, or training to meet every learner’s needs. And I’ve watched schools strive for inclusion but struggle to turn good intentions into real systems that work.

DEED SEN Inclusion was born to solve those problems with structure, science, and strategy.

We are not a charity; we are a specialist education consultancy committed to delivering world- class support for neurodiverse learners. Our work is grounded in assessment, driven by evidence, and guided by a belief that inclusion should be both meaningful and measurable.

At DEED SEN Inclusion, we:

  • Conduct professional, SASC-approved assessments that bring clarity to learners’ challenges and strengths.
  • Deliver tailored interventions that translate into visible academic and emotional growth
  • Partner with schools to build inclusive systems, train teachers, and ensure sustainability.
  • Equip parents with the knowledge and confidence to support their children effectively.

We recognize that every learner is unique. Every classroom can be inclusive. Every school can build capacity that lasts. That’s what we help you achieve.

So whether you’re a parent seeking answers, a school aiming for excellence, or an educator ready to grow, DEED SEN Inclusion is your partner in turning understanding into progress.

Together, let’s build classrooms that work for every learner, where inclusion is not an act of goodwill but a mark of quality.

Warm regards,
Ruth

The DEED Inclusive School Partnership Model

Our Inclusive School Partnership Model transforms schools from within. We embed systems, train teams, and guide leadership to make inclusion part of everyday practice, not just a policy on paper.

Through this model, we:

  • Equip teachers to identify and support children with additional learning needs.
  • Deliver structured, measurable interventions that close learning gaps.
  • Engage parents as true partners in their child’s education.
  • Provide strategic oversight for inclusive systems and SEN coordination within schools.
Our goal is simple: to make inclusion work in real classrooms, for real children.

Our Vision

A future where every school is inclusive, every teacher is equipped with the knowledge, empathy, and practical tools to support neurodiverse learners, and every learner is supported to reach their full potential.

Our Mission

To equip schools, empower teachers, and engage families to make inclusion practical, measurable, and sustainable.

Our Core Values

Every child’s journey begins with being seen and understood.
