- About DEED SEN Inclusion
Empowering Neurodiverse Learners. Transforming Classrooms. Building Inclusive Futures.
DEED SEN Inclusion is a leading education consultancy based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to helping children and young people with learning differences and developmental needs thrive.
We believe that neurodiversity is not a limitation; it’s a strength. Every child learns differently, and when we recognise and respond to those differences, every learner can flourish.
At DEED, we bring learning to life by combining compassion with evidence-based practice. We work directly with learners to understand how they learn best, providing targeted assessments, personalised interventions, and consistent support that build confidence, independence, and lasting progress.
But inclusion cannot happen in isolation. That’s why we partner with schools to strengthen their systems from within—training teachers, shaping policies, and embedding inclusive practices that make learning accessible to every child, not just some.

Our Vision
A future where every school is inclusive, every teacher is equipped with the knowledge, empathy, and practical tools to support neurodiverse learners, and every learner is supported to reach their full potential.
Our Mission
To equip schools, empower teachers, and engage families to make inclusion practical, measurable, and sustainable.
Our Core Values
Understanding
Every child’s journey begins with being seen and understood.
Partnership
We believe that collaboration between teachers, parents, and professionals drives real progress.
Sustainability
We build capacity, not dependency.
Excellence
Every service we provide meets the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
Our Approach
We are guided by three core principles:
Assessment-Informed Practice
Every child’s journey begins with understanding; learning starts with knowing how they learn.
Inclusive Partnerships
We walk alongside schools, helping them embed inclusive practices that last.
Sustainability
We build systems and capacity so that inclusion continues, with or without us.
Our Why
Across Africa, millions of learners with special needs are misunderstood or overlooked. DEED SEN Inclusion exists to change that. We bridge the gap between knowledge and practice, turning awareness into action and empathy into measurable change.
At DEED, inclusion isn’t a slogan; it’s our standard. Because every child deserves to be seen, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed.
