Practical. Personalised. Proven.

At DEED SEN Inclusion, we design solutions that help every learner thrive and every school succeed. Our services are built on evidence, empathy, and experience, making inclusion not just possible, but powerful.
We work across four key service areas, each crafted to meet the needs of learners, educators, and families.

Assessments & Evaluations

At DEED SEN Inclusion, we believe that understanding every learner begins with the right diagnosis.
Our assessments go beyond identifying difficulties; they uncover how each child learns, processes, and interacts with the world, offering insights that shape meaningful support.
We offer a full range of specialist assessments to identify each learner’s strengths, challenges, and developmental needs. Every evaluation is detailed, evidence-based, and concludes with clear, practical recommendations tailored to the learner’s context.

Our assessment services include:

Early Childhood Screenings (18 months+)

Quick developmental checks to identify early signs of learning, communication, or social delays.

Full Diagnostic Assessments

Comprehensive evaluations for Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD). This includes in-depth assessments tailored to identify learning differences in:

  • Reading and writing (dyslexia)
  • Mathematics and numerical reasoning (dyscalculia)
  • Attention and executive functioning (ADHD-related learning profiles)
  • Motor coordination and visual–motor integration (dyspraxia/developmental coordination disorder)
  • Working memory, processing speed, and auditory processing
  • Phonological awareness and expressive/receptive language skills

Tests of Cognitive Abilities and Attainment

We assess underlying cognitive abilities such as reasoning, memory, and processing speed (IQ and working memory), and compare these with attainment tests in literacy, numeracy, and comprehension. This helps us understand not just what a learner can do, but why certain areas may be challenging.

Class and Group Screenings

Efficient literacy, numeracy, and working-memory assessments for whole year groups, helping schools identify learners who may need additional support or further evaluation.

Comprehensive Reporting

Clear, accessible reports that combine data with understanding—giving parents clarity, giving schools strategy, and giving learners a real path forward.

At DEED SEN Inclusion, every report is more than data; it is a story of potential, a plan for support, and a step toward inclusion that works.

Student Learning Support

Where understanding meets action.

Our learning support services are designed to bridge the gap between assessment and progress. We conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments that reveal each learner’s unique profile of strengths and needs. We provide individualised, hands-on support that meets learners exactly where they are.

Our approach includes:

1:1 Specialist Teaching

Targeted lessons tailored to each learner’s profile and goals

Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)

Customized learning roadmaps with measurable targets and regular reviews.

Therapeutic Interventions

Literacy and numeracy interventions, memory training, attention support, and behaviour modification plans.

Socio-Emotional Development

Helping learners build resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation.

Short- & Long-Term Support

From intensive catch-up sessions to sustained year-long interventions.

Our goal is not just to “help” learners, but to empower them to understand how they learn and build skills for lifelong success.

In-School Support for Teachers & Students

Building inclusive systems that last.

We embed inclusive practice directly in classrooms through teacher coaching, lesson observations, small group and one-on-one sessions, and ongoing professional development that builds teacher confidence and skill.

We partner with schools to:

  • Design and Implement SEN Policies: Clear, practical policies aligned with international best practices.
  • Train and Equip Staff: Tailored workshops (half-day to full-day) that give teachers confidence in managing diverse classrooms.
  • Develop and Review IEP Systems: Structures for consistent monitoring and documentation.
  • Provide In-Class Support: Targeted interventions and shadow teaching for students requiring extra help.
  • Supervise SEN Teams: Regular guidance and supervision for learning support staff.
  • Support Leadership: Advising school management on SEN strategy, resource allocation, and impact measurement.
  • Promote Inclusive Enrichment: Inclusive extracurricular activities including sports, visits, and clubs that celebrate every learner’s participation.

Our Inclusive School Partnership Model allows schools to embed inclusion into their daily routines, creating cultures where all learners are seen, valued, and supported.

Parent Engagement & Capacity Building

Empowering families to become advocates for their children.

We recognise that families are central to every learner’s growth. We empower parents and caregivers through workshops, consultations, and resources that equip them to understand and support their child’s learning at home.

We support parents through:

  • Referrals for independent assessments and therapy.
  • Progress reviews and feedback reports.
  • Parent training and counselling workshops, equipping parents to support learning at home.
  • Home learning strategies: Simple, structured tools to extend progress beyond the classroom.
  • Liaison services: Helping parents navigate collaboration between schools and professionals.

When parents, teachers, and specialists work together, children don’t just cope—they grow.

Professional Collaboration

Because inclusion is a team effort.

DEED SEN Inclusion collaborates with a network of qualified professionals to ensure holistic, multidisciplinary care for each learner.

Our partners include:

  • Clinical and Educational Psychologists
  • Occupational Therapists
